Seeing the job as the ability to meet new customers who present us with their plumbing needs gives us opportunity to either draw on previous experiences or problem solve new challenges – no two days are the same.
A customer had been quoted for a full pipe replacement ($10k+) and called us to get a second opinion before outlaying the high cost involved. We used our cctv camera technology to get a clear picture inside the pipes and identified that the pipes simply needed a thorough clean out with a high pressure jetter (ours operates at 5000KPA) which we were able to clear on the spot and provide them images of before and after with clear pipes. The customer was extremely happy with the savings but also with finding an honest plumber.
